Exchange and Store Credit Policy at Johny Watches

At Johny Watches, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase, we understand that sometimes things change. Although we do not offer full refunds on any purchases, we provide an accommodating exchange and store credit policy to keep you happy.

Please note that we do not ship watches or accept credit card payments for watches over the phone.

Store Credit Policy:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request an in-store credit for the full value of the item, applicable to both pre-owned and non-custom new-in-box items. To be eligible for store credit, please notify us of your intention within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Store credit cannot be issued if more than seven (7) days have passed since your purchase.

Important: Deposits made for watches are non-refundable. This includes deposits for custom orders, special requests, or watches being held on reserve.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or store credit for custom order watches, such as those sourced outside of our in-shop stock at the client's request.
